Comprehensive Psychological Assessment
Our Comprehensive Psychological Assessment service provides an in-depth evaluation of your cognitive, emotional, and behavioural functioning. Using a combination of clinical interviews and standardized psychological tests, we gather a complete picture of your mental health and well-being. This assessment is designed to help identify mental health conditions, cognitive strengths and challenges, personality traits, and emotional regulation patterns. It is valuable for diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, educational accommodations, workplace considerations, and personal growth. With detailed insights and personalized recommendations, our goal is to help you better understand yourself and guide you toward the most effective support and interventions.

Nutritional Psychology
Nutritional Psychology is an emerging field that explores the connection between diet, brain function, and mental well-being. Grounded in both psychological and nutritional science, this approach examines how food choices influence mood, behavior, cognition, and emotional regulation. Research shows that nutrient-rich diets—high in fiber, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals—can reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress, while ultra-processed foods may contribute to emotional instability and fatigue. Nutritional psychology doesn’t replace therapy or medication but works alongside them to support holistic mental health care. Whether you're struggling with low energy, mood swings, or chronic stress, understanding the gut-brain connection, blood sugar balance, and the role of key nutrients can be a powerful part of your mental wellness plan.

EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based psychotherapy approach designed to help individuals process and heal from distressing life experiences, including trauma, anxiety, and negative self-beliefs. Offered as a specialized therapeutic service, EMDR supports clients in reducing the emotional intensity of traumatic memories and building adaptive coping mechanisms. During EMDR sessions, clients are guided through structured phases that include identifying target memories and engaging in bilateral stimulation (such as guided eye movements or tapping). This process facilitates the brain’s natural healing mechanisms, helping to reprocess traumatic information and integrate it in a healthier, more adaptive way.
Key Features of EMDR as a Service:
-
Suitable for clients experiencing PTSD, complex trauma, phobias, anxiety, grief, or emotional dysregulation
-
Delivered by trained and certified clinicians
-
Can be integrated with other therapeutic approaches or offered as a stand-alone treatment
-
Typically involves 8 structured phases tailored to the client’s readiness and therapeutic goals
EMDR is a collaborative, client-centered therapy that empowers individuals to move past stuck points, reduce distress, and restore emotional balance.
